The Role Working with clients aged 0 - 24 years , you will provide vital assessment and intervention services. You will be supported to reflect critically on your practice while acting professionally and ethically to achieve the best outcomes for our families. Key Responsibilities: Clinical Excellence: Deliver individualized psychological therapy to impact behavior, mental wellbeing, and development. Assessments: Conduct and report on academic, cognitive, and autism assessments. Evidence-Based Practice: Design and facilitate quality individual and group therapy programs. Collaborative Care: Work closely with families to refine goals and modify interventions as the young person grows. Community Connection: Support outreach services, including visits to kindergartens, schools, and client homes. Contribution: Create discipline-specific content for social media and participate in professional knowledge sharing. What You'll Need Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Psychology . Full registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA . APS Membership (or eligibility for membership). Skills & Experience: Experience working with children and young people with complex needs (ASD, developmental delays, and disability). An enthusiastic, "play-based" approach to psychology. Strong oral and written communication skills for report writing and family liaison. High-level organization skills and proficiency in electronic client management systems. Other Requirements: NDIS Worker Screening Clearance. Eligibility as a Medicare provider. Current Open Driver's Licence. Full Australian working rights.
